We're small business owners specializing in custom imprinting of just about anything. We're in a small town in Oklahoma and trying to break into supplying the local kids soccer clubs with uniforms.
Soccer.com has cost us any future business with these teams but also cost us money on the only order we tried to process through them. We made an order and paid for overnight shipping on a Sunday night. All items were shown as in stock and ready to ship. We made our purchase and through some verification mistake our card wasn't immediately approved through their system.
Instead of contacting us immediately they simply cancelled the order and chose to notify us (within 48 hours) of the cancellation. We called them on the day of expected delivery only to be told the order was cancelled (still had not been notified by email). We fixed the mistake only to have a major portion of our order no longer in stock. We were told they would drop ship directly from the vendor.
Long story short, after more then 2 weeks we still don't have the uniforms, the soccer season has already started, we've bought them interim uniforms to use until theirs were supposed to arrive. Today we find out that the vendor (who was supposed to deliver on the 13th and today's the 18th) is also out of stock and not expected to ship until mid October! This is the third date change on these uniforms so we weren't optimistic they would come then, and even if they did, this would be too late for our soccer season which would be down to a couple of games left by then.
We have subsequently cancelled out remaining order and requested a refund. We will NOT be ordering again from this site, and hope you save yourself some headaches and go elsewhere too.
